The problem we found first
~91.5% of the paid x402 economy fails to settle and deliver (RobotsShop paid verification sweep, in index as of 2026-08-23). The failure buyers can't see at all: wallet drift — an endpoint whose directory listing advertises one payment wallet while its live 402 response demands payment at another.
